After watching so many entrepreneurs become overwhelmed trying to manage everything on their own, Danielle co-founded NorthStar Virtual Solutions to provide dependable, behind-the-scenes support that brings clarity, organization, and peace of mind.Through building and managing several ventures over the years, she developed a strong understanding of the systems, workflows, and day-to-day operations that help companies run smoothly. Today, she works closely with clients to create streamlined processes, dependable support systems, and personalized solutions tailored to their unique needs.
Danielle believes a virtual assistant should be more than just someone who checks tasks off a list - they should be a trusted partner in growth. She’s passionate about helping clients stay organized, consistent, and focused on what matters most, so they can spend more time doing the work they actually love.

His background in logistics and distribution gives him a unique "boots-on-the-ground" perspective on how businesses actually run, allowing him to build systems that aren't just theoretically sound, but practically efficient. At NorthStar, he ensures that the numbers align, so our clients can make confident decisions and focus on growth.
